Sophia Roalkvam, MD

Dr. Sophia Roalkvam began practicing in the U.S. in 2020 with a focus on family medicine. She is the medical director at Hatfield Arizona Institute of Internal Medicine.Dr. Roalkvam received her Bachelor of Science at Kasturba Medical College International Center in Manipal, India, attended medical school at the American University of Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda, and completed her residency at Mercy Health-St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH, with a focus on family medicine. She has acted in a teaching role to medical students, overseen physician assistants, and volunteered on several medical trips.On a personal note, Dr. Roalkvam enjoys reading, cooking, eating, hiking, dancing, and paddleboard.
