Sonali Khond, MD

Sonali Khond, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician whose philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, prevention, and partnership. She believes that preventing illness is just as important as treating it and is passionate about helping patients take an active role in maintaining their health. Dr. Khond is committed to educating and motivating her patients to make informed decisions that support long-term wellness and reduce the risk of hospitalization. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma and COPD, weight management, geriatric care, and preventive wellness.

Dr. Khond enjoys the variety that primary care offers and finds it rewarding to care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. She values the trust and respect her patients show each day and appreciates working alongside a skilled, motivated team that uses innovative technology to enhance patient care and strengthen the patient-provider relationship. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Khond enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the gym, and dancing, especially Bollywood and Zumba. She believes in leading by example by maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
