Prathima Chaloori, MD, is a board-certified family medicine provider who is committed to delivering the compassionate, high-quality care her patients deserve. She enjoys treating a wide range of medical conditions and finds fulfillment in helping patients navigate and solve complex health concerns. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, asthma and COPD, high cholesterol, congestive heart failure, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, geriatric care, anxiety and depression, and sleep disorders.

Dr. Chaloori values the trust her patients place in her and is passionate about building lasting relationships that support better health and well-being. She believes in providing personalized care that addresses each patient’s unique needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, walking her dog, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
