Patricia Doherty, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes the best healthcare is built on partnership, trust, and open communication. She works alongside her patients by listening carefully, providing clear education, and delivering evidence-based care that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Patricia is committed to helping patients achieve lifelong wellness through compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma and COPD, congestive heart failure, weight management, anxiety and depression, and preventive wellness.

Patricia is inspired by the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients and support them on their journey toward better health. She values serving the diverse Newburyport community and appreciates collaborating with specialists and healthcare resources to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Outside of the clinic, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the mountains and trails of New Hampshire, and traveling to experience new places and create lasting memories.
