Nancy Vicente, FNP

Nancy Vicente, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care that respects each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. She believes in partnering with patients through education, open communication, and shared decision-making to promote holistic well-being and positive health outcomes. Nancy strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her clinical interests include hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, preventive wellness, and women’s health.

Nancy is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her patients and finds it rewarding to support individuals through both routine and challenging times. She values serving a diverse community and enjoys learning from patients with different cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and practicing Pilates.
