Myriam Rodriguez Padilla, MD

Dr. Myriam Rodriguez Padilla (pronounced "Rod-re-guz Pa-dee-ya") began practicing in 2003, with a focus on family medicine, preventive health care and clinical interest in diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, asthma, seasonal allergies, obesity, women's health, geriatrics and sports physicals.She received her Bachelor of Natural Sciences and Languages at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and attended medical school at Universidad Central del Caribe Medical School in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ, and Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT. Dr. Rodriguez Padilla is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.In addition to English, she speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.On a personal note, she enjoys time with her family, reading, music and gardening. She's very close to her family in Puerto Rico and enjoys the opportunity of traveling to have new experiences and witness different cultures with her family.
