Ly Nguyen, NP

Ly Nguyen, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, weight management, women’s health, geriatric care, and preventive wellness. Outside of work, Ly enjoys hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing.
