Lindsay Carranza, MSN, AGNP

Lindsay Carranza, MSN, AGNP, is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner who believes healthcare is most effective when patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their care. She is committed to building trusting relationships through compassionate, evidence-based care, clear communication, and patient education tailored to each individual's needs. Lindsay strives to treat the whole person by recognizing the physical, emotional, social, and cultural factors that influence overall health and well-being. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, preventive wellness, gastrointestinal conditions, women's health, geriatric care, and anxiety and depression.

Lindsay finds the greatest fulfillment in building meaningful relationships with her patients and being someone they can trust throughout their healthcare journey. She values serving the Brockton community and appreciates the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those she cares for. Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys baking and exploring new places with her family and friends.
