Kelly Steinmetz, FNP-C

Kelly Steinmetz, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care that respects each individual's unique needs, values, and goals. She has clinical interests in diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, weight management, thyroid disorders, women’s health, gastrointestinal conditions, anxiety and depression, ADHD management, sleep disorders, and preventive wellness. Kelly is passionate about helping patients navigate health challenges and supporting them in achieving their long-term health goals.

Kelly enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and values the trust they place in her. She appreciates caring for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and finds it rewarding to celebrate their successes along the way. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys reading, gardening, and crocheting.
