Eli Wolf, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care grounded in integrity, transparency, and trust. He believes every clinical decision should prioritize the patient's best interests and works closely with individuals to make informed healthcare decisions without unnecessary testing or interventions. Eli values honest communication and strives to build lasting relationships by providing thoughtful, compassionate care that respects each patient's unique needs and goals. His clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma and COPD, congestive heart failure, thyroid disorders, weight management, gastrointestinal conditions, women's health, geriatric care, anxiety and depression, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, and preventive wellness.

Eli enjoys working alongside a supportive team while building long-term relationships with patients and helping them navigate their healthcare with honesty and compassion. He values serving the diverse Central Phoenix community and appreciates learning from patients with a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Outside of the clinic, Eli enjoys rock climbing, paddleboarding on the Lower Salt River, backpacking, hiking, and exploring Arizona's unique desert landscapes and wildlife.
