Earl Campbell Jr., MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who believes medicine is a calling rooted in compassion, service, and lifelong learning. He is committed to listening with empathy, treating every patient with dignity and respect, and partnering with individuals to achieve their health goals. Dr. Campbell combines evidence-based medicine with personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and values, striving to provide thoughtful, high-quality care in an environment of mutual trust. His clinical interests include hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma and COPD, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, men's health, geriatric care, sleep disorders, common infections, and preventive wellness.

Dr. Campbell enjoys providing ongoing care for his patients, collaborating with his healthcare team, and embracing opportunities to learn something new every day. He values getting to know patients as individuals and building lasting relationships that extend beyond managing medical conditions. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Campbell enjoys serving his community through his church, including outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness in Nashville, and watching sports.
