Danielle Stare, RN, MSN, FNP

Danielle Stare, RN, MSN, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that respects each individual's unique needs, values, and goals. She believes in empowering patients through education, open communication, and shared decision-making, fostering trusted relationships that support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Danielle has clinical interests in diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, heart failure, weight management, thyroid disorders, women’s and men’s health, gastrointestinal conditions, anxiety and depression, ADHD management, sleep disorders, geriatric care, and preventive wellness. Since joining Primary Care of Methuen in 2009, she has had the privilege of caring for multiple generations of families throughout the Merrimack Valley and remains passionate about providing high-quality, family-focused care.

Danielle values the strong sense of teamwork within her practice and considers her colleagues an extension of her family. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with patients and treating each person with kindness, dignity, and respect. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her three daughters, being near the ocean, staying active through walking, biking, and swimming, trying new recipes, and taking on DIY home improvement projects.
