Dana Rae, FNP

Family nurse practitioner Dana Rae is dedicated to treating her patients with exemplary care. She started practicing in 2020, with medical interests in internal medicine, cardiology, heart failure and advanced wound care. Dana treats adults, performing well-woman exams, adult physical exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.Dana obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Arizona State University. She attended the nurse practitioner school at the University of Phoenix and completed clinical rotations in internal medicine, women's health and pediatrics. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Dana worked as a progressive-care-unit nurse for nine years at the Mayo Clinic. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is an actively licensed nurse practitioner in the state of Arizona.In her free time, Dana enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family and her pit bull dogs.
