Dana Rae, FNP

Family nurse practitioner Dana Rae started practicing in 2020, with medical interests in internal medicine, cardiology, heart failure and advanced wound care. She treats adults, performing well-woman exams, adult physicals and Medicare annual wellness visits. Dana earned her nursing degree at Arizona State University and worked as a progressive care unit nurse for nine years at the Mayo Clinic. She is certified by the AANP.
