Colin Fiorentino, PA-C

Colin Fiorentino, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who is passionate about helping patients achieve better health through lifestyle modifications and preventive care. He believes that a balanced diet, regular exercise, and sustainable habits are the foundation for living longer and healthier lives. Colin works closely with patients to understand their individual lifestyles and goals, using medication as an adjunct to treatment when appropriate. His clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, weight management, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, substance use disorders, and preventive wellness.

Colin enjoys the variety that primary care brings and values the opportunity to help patients with a wide range of health concerns. He especially appreciates the relationships he has built within the Brockton community and the gratitude and positivity shared by his patients. Outside of work, Colin enjoys running marathons, attending Boston Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots games with his family, and spending time outdoors with their dogs.
