Ana Raquel DeGrazia, FNP-C

Ana Raquel DeGrazia, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes every patient deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. She is committed to providing judgment-free, patient-centered care and strives to build lasting relationships based on trust and understanding. Ana enjoys helping patients improve their health and celebrates the progress they make in managing chronic conditions. Her clinical interests include preventive care, weight management, ADHD management, anxiety and depression, and women’s health.

Ana is passionate about expanding access to care for underserved populations, particularly within the Portuguese community. She finds great fulfillment in making a positive difference in her patients’ lives and helping them receive the care they deserve. Outside of work, Ana enjoys exercising and cooking at home with her family.
