Aleaha Carey, NP

Aleaha Carey began her nursing career in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse after graduating from nursing school. In 2022, she joined Crossroads Medical Group as a Registered Nurse, where she developed a strong interest in primary care. Her time at Crossroads inspired her passion for managing both acute and chronic diseases and forming long-term relationships with her patients. She is now returning to the practice in a new role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Aleaha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University in 2021 and her Master of Science in Nursing from South College in 2025, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, education, and collaboration.
