
About Jocelyn
Jocelyn Bresnahan, DNP, ANP-BC, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner who believes exceptional care begins with listening, partnership, and mutual respect. She is committed to treating each patient as a whole person by considering their physical health, personal goals, and overall well-being. Jocelyn believes the best outcomes are achieved when patients are active participants in their care and works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term health. Her clinical interests include hypertension, high cholesterol, weight management, women's health, anxiety and depression, ADHD management, and sleep disorders.
Jocelyn finds the greatest fulfillment in the lasting relationships she builds with her patients and values the opportunity to support their physical and emotional well-being over time. She appreciates caring for a diverse community with patients of all ages and backgrounds, making each day in the clinic both meaningful and rewarding. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and serves as the leader of a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health and well-being in rural Haiti.
